Clear and straightforward
Scavengers Haven collects only the information needed to operate this website, protect administration, and connect players with server services.
The hosting provider and this website may record IP addresses, request times, browser information, failed administrator sign-ins, and checkout-start events. These records are used for security, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention.
When live statistics are enabled, the leaderboard may display Steam64 IDs, current Steam display names, clan names or tags, and gameplay statistics submitted by Scavengers Haven servers. It will not display email addresses or payment details.
Steam64 IDs entered in the VIP Store are sent to Tebex so the selected package can be delivered to the correct player. Payments, subscriptions, tax, fraud checks, refunds, and card information are handled by Tebex. Scavengers Haven does not receive or store card details.
If you use Account Linking, Scavengers Haven stores your verified Steam64 ID, Discord user ID, current display names, Discord membership and Nitro Booster status, link history, and game-server permission synchronization state. Steam and Discord handle sign-in credentials; this website never receives either account password. This information is used to provide Linked and Booster rewards, help staff identify community members, prevent reward abuse, and remove permissions when eligibility ends.
